qualified and interested persons for the position of Deputy Principal Nursing
Officer.
Job Description :
(a) Deputizes the Principal Nursing Officer (b) Actively participate in
nursing and clinical work and providing nursing support supervision to nursing
and clinical staff across all Wards of the Hospital
Experience : 10 (Years)

Skill Set :
(a) Must be a qualified double trained registered Nursing Officer with
broad hands-on experience in Nursing and Midwifery. Possession of additional
qualifications such as BSc.N Degree, training in Health Services Management is
a competitive advantage.
b)Must be computer literate. c)Must
have served for at least ten (10) years as a Health Worker, three (3) of which
must have been in at Senior Nursing Officer level and above preferably in a
Hospital
d)Must have good leadership skills
including communication and interpersonal skills, assertive with ability to
direct, control, coach and develop staff
e) Must be registered and licensed by the Nurses & Midwives Council
Age: A balanced, mature and dynamic personality of at least 40 years
