Role overview
Work with programme staff, volunteers and counsellors to support the
on-going capacity development to guidance counselling particularly tailored to
our target group (out of school youth).
Skills, qualifications and experience required Should have;
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in a relevant field
• At least three year experience in youth guidance (career) counselling –
preferably in a vocational setting
• Experience in working with/training low capacity teams and team building
skills
• Developing and introducing new systems connected with counselling
services
• Small enterprise development skills/experience
• Communications skills
• Monitoring and evaluation experience
