Ndejje University a Chartered fast growing private University, seeks to recruit Staff to fill the following vacant positions.

 Position Title:CATERER/CATERESS

Organization:University Secretary, Ndejje University,

Employment Type:Full Time Permanent

Employment terms: 3 Years Contract

Salary Scale :NDU 6

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Planning and preparing the students' menu.

·         Planning, organizing and developing food and beverage services of the University.

·         Maintaining the quality of food and hygiene standards Overseeing the management of catering facilities Overall supervision of the kitchen staff

·         Ensuring a balanced diet

·         Maintaining stock levels and ordering new supplies

·         Managing catering demands of University events and functions. Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards

·         Ensuring proper customer care.

·         Responding to students' kitchen needs in liaison with the immediate supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:

•An Honor's Bachelor's degree in Catering, Hospitality Management Food Technology and Human Nutrition

•3 years working experience in a similar Institution
