Job Role
To manage the effective propagation, handling, storage and transfer of
yeast and give support to cellars operations.
Key Responsibilities.
·
Operate the yeast propagation
system, control yeast recovery, scrapping additives control as per the laid
down procedures.
·
Operate the beer cellars plant,
wort receiving, fermentation, beer racking and storage measuring, interpreting
and communication.
·
Measure quality at source and
initiate corrective action for deviations.
·
Ensuring Lab samples are
collected properly, labeled, stored submitted for analysis.
·
Participate in problem solving.
·
Participate in plant autonomous
maintenance.
·
Housekeeping & Safety- Ensure
the right house keeping all the time
·
Carry out other duties, which may
be assigned from time to time by the quality specialist
Requirements.
A Min Diploma in Chemistry,
Biochemistry, Engineering or Any Science Based course
Person Specifications.

Should be self-motivated, result
and detail oriented.
·
Should be ethical, and a good
team player.
·
Excellent spoken and written
English language and computer skills.
·
Innovative and able to work with
minimum supervision.
·
Keeps abreast of new developments
in own occupation/profession; actively seeks to develop oneself professionally
and personally.
