Brief Company Profile:
Our client, a reputable organization in the core business of property
development and management, but soon venturing into technical training and
trading in agricultural produce, wishes to recruit a Group General Manager
(CEO).
Job Description :
Supervises the following:
• Manager, Human Resource & Administration
• Manager, Finance and Investment
• Manager, Audit
• General Manager, Subsidiary
Companies Main purpose:
To provide overall strategic
leadership and management of the organisation and coordinate the operations of
the Subsidiary companies so as to ensure the attainment of the Organization’s
strategic plans and the accomplishment of its mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Chief Executive Officer of the
Organization.
• Initiate the formulation of
Organisation’s strategic plans and policies.
• Coordinate resource mobilization
strategies.
• Oversee the establishment of effective management and operating Systems
for the Organisation and its Subsidiary Companies.
• Ensure financial control and
appropriate utilization of financial resources of the Organization in
accordance with the Financial Management Manual.
• Carry out the duties of Company Secretary.
• Submit the Annual Report and
Financial Statements of the Organization to the Board.
• Give advice to the Chairperson and members of the Board.
• Promote the Organization’s corporate image.
• Carry out any other
responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree
• Post graduate training in Management, Finance and Business Administration
is an added advantage.
• Relevant work experience of at least 5years of which, 3years in senior
management position in a reputable organization.
