Job Purpose:
Mechanical maintenance technician will be responsible for maintaining
manufacturing facility.
Roles and responsibilities will generally include:
• Keep equipment operational & Repair and maintenance of plant &
equipment.
• Programming and Fault finding.
• Investigate equipment failures and diffi culties to diagnose faulty
operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew.
• Establish and coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures, service
schedule and recommend materials required to maintain machines and equipment in
the prescribed
conditions.
• Work with other team members cohesively.
Qualifications
·
Must have a higher diploma in Mechanical engineering Computer Knowledge is
a must
·
The candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant experience Must have
good knowledge of breakdown, repair and installation of equipment.
·
Must be self motivated with good communication skills
·
Must be a team Player.
·
Must possess a valid passport
·
Knowledge in electrical installations will be an added advantage
