Brief Company Profile:

Job summary:
Assist the country office in establishing and maintaining more effective planning,monitoring and evaluation tools and mechanisms aimed at improving program quality and facilitating continous improvement and institutional learning in accordance with the overall frame work.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
·         Develope overall monitoring and evaluation frame-work/guidelines
·         Assist in development of activity programme work plansensuring that programme outcomes and out put targets are defined for all programmes in different epicenters areas.
·         Conduct site selectionstdy for program expansion.
·         Conduct site selection study for program expansion.
·         Facilitate Mid Term Review with partners
·         Prepare quarter and annual program reports and evaluaton both for the government and global office
·         Train staff,patterners and communities on planning ,monitoring and evaluation methodologies
·         Disseminate baseline reports and imformation for management and for  project planning, monitoring and evaluation purposes.
·         Discharge any other duties and responsibilities assigned to him/her from time to time by his/her immediate supervisor.
Qualification,skills and Experiance:
The prospective applicant should hold a post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation,Bachelors Degree in Agriculture,Economics or Developmental studies.
Possesion of a Master's degree in M$E/related will be an added advantage.
Atleast 5 years progressive work exerience in monitoring and Evaluation or related area, with 3 of these at management levels.
Language proficiency: English and any Local language
Personal Competences:Possessing,administrative,budgetary,and financial skills,and a team player, with excellent planning and organisation skills.
