PwC Uganda wishes to recruit a young and energetic self-motivated
individual in our Office Services department in Kampala.
Roles & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
§Receiving and tending to clients;
§Ensuring that the reception area and meeting rooms are presentable;
§Receiving and dispatching official documents;
§Receiving and making calls and relaying messages to clients and staff
§Analyzing phone bills, compiling weekly disbursements and liaising with
respective service provides;
Requirements
The successful candidate should have/ be:

A university degree in a relevant discipline;
·
A team player with a high level of maturity and integrity;
·
Pleasant personality and be courteous; with good command of English;
·
Well-developed computer skills;
·
Good telephone etiquette and knowledge of fax and switchboard operations;
·
Flexibility and ability to meet deadlines
