Qualifications
• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Essential
• 5 years of Account management experience in Medical Insurance business or
service industry.
Key Responsibilities
• To retain 90% of current membership
• Manage Customer Retention Function working hand-in-hand with Client
Relations and Sales teams
• Report relevant information to the executive on client needs, trends and
scheme usage.
• Develop feedback or complaints procedures for customers, monitor results
and make policy change recommendations.
• Ensure accurate and updated weekly and monthly reports.
• Build an efficient, effective and skilled customer service team.
• Communicate pertinent information to clients on a regular basis.
• Coordinate sensitizations, quarterly feedback meetings and Health
education talks with customers
