Job Purpose/Objective: To repair and maintain all air
compressors and make sure that they are in a proper working condition.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and
implement preventive maintenance plan for all compressors
2. Implement the
maintenance schedule of the compressors
3. Quick
troubleshooting and breakdown attending of all large industrial compressor
4. Day to day
analysis and optimum utilization of all compressors to provide required air
supply to all plants without leakages and minimum power consumption
5. Maintain
essential spares after consulting the concerned persons
6. Maintain the
proper record of equipment and report to the concerned person regularly.
Personal specification:
Diploma in
Mechanical Engineering. Candidates must have at least minimum of 5 year hands
on experience in maintenance of industrial Screw and reciprocating AIR
COMPRESSORS. Good knowledge of Preventive Maintenance and spare part
management.
Experience in
Compressor of the industrial water chiller and basics of electrical circuit
will be added advantage
