Person Specifications
• Successful candidates should have a Bachelor of Arts
Degree in Social Sciences, Philosophy, Development Studies, SWASA, Community
Education, Education or any other related field from
a reputable Institution.
• Three years experience in community development.
• Proficiency in mobilization with proven effective
communication skills
• Should be Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etcetera)
• Capacity to work with minimal supervision
• Good interpersonal skills
• Should be coming from the area of the field or able to
speak Lusoga and Luganda local languages
Responsibilities:-
1. Carry-out promotion duties in the zone.
2. Educate Local Kolping Family (LKF) members on objectives
and programme of UKS through visits, meetings and seminars.
3. Connect LKFs and the National Office through meetings and
regular (monthly) reports.
4. Identify new areas and establish therein new Local
Kolping Families.
5. Strengthen and consolidate old and weak Local Kolping Families.

45 years.
