Crystal Clear Software Ltd. specializes in the development, marketing, sales, training and

support of a micro-finance software product called “Loan Performer“. It is looking for the following functions:

LOAN PERFORMER TRAINER

Minimum Requirements:

 A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or

Business Studies

 3 Years Experience in Micro-Finance

 Strong Accounting knowledge

 Decent knowledge of SQL Server

 Experience as a Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Implement Loan Performer

 Train end-users in Loan Performer

 Assist/support end-users in Loan Performer

 Write Mission Reports

 any other duties as assigned by management

Contract: full employmentÊ

SOFTWARE PROGRAMMER

Minimum Requirements:

 A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science

 3 Years Experience developing software applications

 Knowlegeable in .Net, C#, SQL Server

Contract: full employment

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Write source code according to specifications

 Test and deliver this code without errors

 Review source code of co-programmer

 Debug source code and write corrections

 Report on progress made

 any other duties as assigned by managementÊ

BALANCED SCORECARD CONSULTANT

Minimum Requirements:

 5 Years Experience as a Management Consultant

 Experience implementing BSC in several institutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Design and Implement a Balanced Scorecard
