International Human Resources for Health (HRH) Expert
International Business & Technical Consultants, Inc. (IBTCI), a US based international development consulting firm, is seeking an International Expert in Human Resources for Health for a USAID evaluation opportunity in Uganda to evaluate a USAID program to build human resources for health capacity. Must be willing to start as soon as possible and deploy to Uganda.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters and/or advanced qualifications in Public Health, Health Economics, Applied Research, Social Sciences or related fields.
- Technical expertise in international health program planning, human resources for health, health systems strengthening, organizational capacity assessment is required.
- Minimum five years' experience in human resources for health.
- Minimum of seven years' experience implementing and/or evaluating health interventions.
- Must have participated in a minimum of five evaluations.
- Previous experience with USAID desired, but not required.
- Previous experience in Uganda and/or East Africa desired, but not required.
- Fluency in English required.
