Multitech Business School [MBS) is Classified and registered
by the National Council for Higher Education [No, TI.C & R,0002) as a
College of Business,
MBS is a leading trainer of applied skills in ICT,
Finance, Management and Accountancy programmes and has a wealth of experience,
Multitech is also a key partner with the private sector to help stake¬holders
build their capacity in Business and Financial Management.
Multitech Business School wishes to recruit qualified
persons to fill the positions listed below which exist within the organization,
Roles and
Responsibilities:
i) Take the
overall leadership and management of the academic and administrative affairs of
the school in line with the school mission, Vision and objectives
ii) Initiate, mobilize and coordinate of strategic planning
processes of the school in line with the school mandate, Vision and mission.
iii) Coordinate the overall accountability to meet the
school's statutory obligations in line with the NCHE and National Education
policy.
iv) Review and coordinate the activities of the various
components of the school in line with school's strategic and operational plans
v) Manage of
external relations of the school at the senior management level in line with
the school's communication policy and procedure
vi) Coordinate and facilitate the activities of the
Governing council and its standing and ad hoc committees in line with school
governance framework. vii) Review, provide advice and oversee the
implementation of school policies and procedures in line with the school
manuals.
viii) Initiate, develop and grow the school's mandate of
learning and teaching, research and private partnerships in line with schools
mission and strategic plan.
Job requirements
Qualifications required:
i) A PhD in a Business related field of study (Professorship
is an added advantage) ii) Computer Literate
Experience required:
i) Possesses
a minimum of five years relevant experience in an Institution of Higher
learning at a minimum of dean's level or its equivalent.
ii) Should be above 40 years
