Job Description :
• To carry out Gross Margin Analysis(GMA) for selected
commercial crops
• Prepare cost
benefit analysis estimates for investment in single scale (mostly post-harvest)
• To prepare
benefit/cost estimates for investment in poultry enterprises
• Scale up and manage partnerships with financial institutions
and key private sector actors proactively building relationships with partners
and integrating financial services
• Develop Warehouse Management Receipt System
• Facilitate linkages
of farmers to sources of information and advice
• Support other products
design by identifying constraints and providing recommendations
• Introduce the
program to relevant stakeholders and foster ongoing positive cooperation with
these stake holders
Experience : 5 (Years)
Skill Set :
• A degree in Agricultural Science or in a related field
from a recognized institution.
• 5years of experience in rural institutional building,
agricultural marketing, warehouse management, entrepreneurship skills or
related field.
• Considerable
experience in developing financial products.
• Ability to communicate in the local languages; Langi or
Acholi is a must.
