Requirements
The ideal candidate should be able to
• Maintain, repair and optimize the plant and the associated devises.
• Comply with the recommended safe work procedure and Maintain a safe healthy working environment
• Carry out cleaning of the machine in good time to avoid loss of production
• Carry out autonomous ,preventative and break down maintenance on all line equipment
• Apply the manufacturing way principles and practices
• Contribute to team problem solving and decision making
• Accord customer care and service in line with company values.
• High integrity and attention to detail
• High energy, balanced personality self discipline and drive, conceptualizing and innovative thinking, goal orientation and a strong output bias.
• Proactive mindset, self driven, self starter and with initiative; ability to communicate (verbal and written),
• Go getter attitude Personnel specifications
• Preferably Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• At least 1 years working experience preferably in Foods and Beverages Industry
• 2 years’ experience as an Electrical Artisan
• Must be hardworking
• Honest and self motivated
• Be disciplined and dynamic Team Player
• Self motivated and should be able to work in shifts.
• Be able to communicate effectively
