Primary Function: Provide Safety Policies, plans and
procedures advice and supervision in field activities
Responsibilities:
- Assist and coordinate initiatives for development of
health and safety culture in field.
-Manage and keep up to date field emergency management plan,
coordinate and follow up emergency response drills.
- Coordinate implementation of risk management plans, engage
other disciplines and coordinate the identification and mitigation of potential
health and safety hazards.
- Coordinate and provide health and safety training for
employees and contractors.
- Periodic reporting on EHS activities and EHS performance
indicators in field activities.
- Participate in health and safety incident investigations
and be responsible for closeout of actions out of such audits and inspections
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree of above in
Engineering,safety/environment or the related.
-Graduates or experienced in oil & gas industry
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of QHSE system making and reviewing.
- Knowledge of Chinese and international QHSE laws,
regulations and criteria
-Knowledge of process and technology of HSE management
