Program Manager African Centre for Treatment and Rehabilitation of Torture Victims (ACTV) is a non-governmental organization dedicated to the promotion and protection of human rights with emphasis on the treatment and rehabilitation of survivors .
 Responsibilities 
• Participate in policy development , program planning implementation , monitoring and evaluation .
• Manage the program budget and ensure that it is utilized as planned.
• Ensure proper documentation of torture , reporting and use of Database
 • Prepare proposals for fundraising purposes

 Qualifications
 • An Honors Degree in any of the following disciplines; Social work and Social Administration , Economics , Development Studies ,Arts and Social sciences ;
 • A Masters degree in Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or Economics is an added advantage ,
 • A post graduate Diploma in Project planning is a requirement . Competencies
