Key Duties &
Responsibilities:
Assist
all the HR departments in their daily duties and responsibilities, by rotating
between various functions
• Coordinate administrative, travel and
accommodation arrangements
• Responsible for all HR procurement and
administration thereof
• Administer recruitment and induction processes
for entry level staff
• Assist in conduct and interpret Psychological
and competency based tests
• Assist in driving the Employee Engagement
programmes
• Administer terminations and exit procedures
• Compile monthly reports
• Update and maintain SAP HR Master data •
Employee relations support
• Compensation & Benefits administration
support
• Performance management administration and
support •
Skills, Experience
& Education:
B.Com
HR or Industrial Psychology Degree graduated in 2011 or 2012 • Excellent
Administration, Interpersonal, Planning & Organizing skills • Excellent
Verbal & Written Communication skills in English (fluency in one or more
indigenous languages will be an added advantage) • Computer skills in Microsoft
Office applications (SAP experience will be a distinct advantage) • Namibian
citizenship • Code BE driver’s license
