Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Administer
recruitment and induction processes for responsible area • Conduct and
interpret Psychological and competency based tests • Assist in driving the
Employee Engagement programmes • Administer terminations and exit procedures •
Compile monthly reports • Maintain relevant business system programmes •
Provide HR support & advice • Update and maintain SAP HR Master data •
Employee relations support • Compensation & Benefits administration support
•Performance management administration and support• labour cost containment
Skills, Experience & Education:
Relevant
tertiary qualification • At least 3 years’ experience in a Human Resources
environment • Excellent Administration, Interpersonal, Planning &
Organizing skills • Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills in
English (fluency in one or more indigenous languages will be a added advantage)
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (SAP experience will be a
distinct advantage) • Namibian citizenship • Code BE driver’s license
