CORPORATE ACCOUNT MANAGER – MOBILE MONEY

The position reports to the National Sales Manager Mobile Money

The main purpose of the job is: -

    To ensure acquisition and management of corporate client accounts.

    Ensure resolution of queries/needs of corporate clients.

Prime responsibilities of the position:

• Execution of Mobile Money in Corporate segments.
• Acquisition of corporate clients for use of MM functionalities.
• Account management of existing and new corporate clients.
• Ensure quality service delivery to various corporate segments.
• Ensure resolution of client queries.

The applicant must possess the following:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Economics.
• Proper understanding of corporate segment, its operation and requirements for different clientele.
• Understanding of Fast Moving Consumer Goods model needs from a Corporates management perspective.
• Experience dealing with Corporate segment.
• Communication and supervisory skills.
