Job Title: SALES   REPRESENTATIVE (2)

Reports to: Sales and marketing Manager.

Employment contract (2 years)

Duty Station: Kampala Sales Office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

v  Identify the selected market segments  and ensure that UPPC exploits the available business opportunities

v  Support the sales and marketing manager to implement the sales and marketing strategies.

v  Monitor competitors activities and offer timely advice to management

v  Maintain monthly sales targets

v  Exhibit high level of product knowledge

v  Explore ways of improving existing products and services to enhance sales revenue

v  Produce accurate monthly sales report

v  Monitor pre-qualification advertisement for pre qualification purposes.

v  Ensure timely submission of bids and attend Bid opening sessions /pre Bid meetings.

v  Assist in timely deliveries and prompt debt collection

v  Provide accurate information to management to facilitate the preparation of quotations and bids.

QUALIFICATIONS;

§  Degree /High Diploma in Marketing.

§  Relevant sales and marketing experience of at lease three years.

§  Competence, articulate and result oriented

§  Good interpersonal skills.

§  Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

§  Computer knowledge a MUST.

§  Age limit of 35 years.

Remuneration: Sales Commission with a retainer allowance for 6 month.

 Remuneration: Attractive salary package basing on qualification and experience.
