CDA roles Design, plan and implement community education activities Build and maintain positive relationships between the LCLC, Ligingi community and external stakeholders Coordinate and support local and international volunteer activities Organise and deliver training to committees and community members Provide stories and visuals for social media and external communications Communicate to the LCLC management in a timely manner Administration and monthly reporting Key Selection Criteria Relevant qualifications (e.g. agriculture, rural development, cooperatives etc) Experience in a rural area in East Africa / Africa region Experience in at least one of the following thematic areas: Livelihoods, Agriculture, Health, education or a relevant area Experience working with limited resources Training and facilitation Teambuilding and conflict resolution Administration and financial management Strong English writing skills Computer skills (Web 2.0 and MS Office, especially Excel and Word) Personal abilities Experience working independently and in a team Personal integrity Enthusiasm and positivity How to apply: See the attached job description.
