Job purpose:
To coordinate and provide technical and
professional guidance in the management of education and sports policies, plans
and programmes in the district.
Qualifications:
Should hold an Honors bachelors Degree in
education from a recognized University or Institution.
Either a Masters degree in education
planning and management or Human resources management or Public Administration
and management or other related managerial fields from a recognized
University/Institution.
Experience:
At least 9 years working experience, 3 of
which must have been in management of an educational institution of gained from
professional experience in managerial capacity at the level of principle
education officer.

Post: Senior Civil Engineering ( Road Buildings) (1 position)
Salary scale: U3
Report to: District Engineer.
Job Purpose
To assist the district Engineer in executing
engineering and technical works.
Qualifications:
- Should hold honors Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institution.
- Post graduate Diploma in Construction management
Experience:
At least 3 years of practical experience at
the level of civil Engineer.
Duties
and Responsibilities:
- Providing technical advice
- Supervising Engineering works.
- Preparing work plans and budgets.
- Preparing status reports on building and structural plans implementation.
