Job Summary:
The Unit Manager will be tasked with managing and
growing the Unit workforce.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
ü Recruit,
train and retain sales agents.
ü To
Coordinate Individual Life Products Distribution within the
ü Carry
out Market Analysis, propose product improvements, and give recommendations to
the Agency
ü Ensure
that the Unit Sales Targets are
ü Ensure
that the Sales Agents are continuously and properly trained on products and
ü Ensure
that the sales Agents are highly
ü Design
promotional activities to increase awareness of our products.
ü Meeting
performance targets.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
ü The
ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any
business-related
ü Certificate
of Proficiency in Insurance or any professional sales/marketing-related course
is an added advantage.
ü IRA
Agent License
ü At
least 2 years’ experience in Supervisory Capacity within the Insurance
ü Good
communication, negotiation, Computer, supervision, and training Skills.
ü Having
clear understanding of Life Assurance.
