JOB PURPOSE

To market, appraise and directly participate in collection of SME loans in line with stipulated company rules and policies.

 

Key duties/responsibilities:

ü  Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers.

ü  Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.

ü  Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future

ü  Contact Clients in an attempt to locate them and remind them on their obligations, over the phone, mail or letter, in order to talk with them about their debts.

ü  Negotiate Payment Schedules and advice clients on the available options.

ü  Maintain Customer Files and statements

ü  Managing office stock and organizing company records.

ü  Monitoring employee performance through reporting

ü  Training and coaching of new employees

 

Required Qualifications and Work Experience:

ü  Degree in a relevant field.

ü  Knowledgeable about SME Loans.

ü  Computer knowledge.

ü  Must possess leadership and supervisory skills.

ü  Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

ü  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

ü  Minimum age 23 years old and Maximum of 35 years old.
