Position Title:Project Officers,

Number of Positions :8 Positions

Duty Station: 2Positions in( Gulu, Kitgum & Bugiri) and 1Positions in( Lira & Kamuli )

Organizational Profile:

StraightTalk Foundation (STF) is a Ugandan health communication NGO registered in 1997. It operates nationally in Uganda.

Job Purpose:

Lead the development and execution of STF's outreach and training programmes

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

•Develop work plans for assigned project(s)

•Participate in the implementation of assigned project activities

•Provide accountabilities for funds advanced for activity implementation

•Support monitoring and evaluation staff to ensure that all project activities are effectively monitored and evaluated in line with STP M&Eplans.

•Support outreach and training activities for targeted audiences.

•Identify and manage partnerships that support implementation of project activities

•Document and share lessons learnt during the implementation of the project

•Facilitate training on sexual & reproductive health, HlV&AIDS as well as gender-based violence.

•Facilitate training on sexual & reproductive health. HIV&A1DS as well as gender-based violence.

•Report writing Education and training:

Degree in humanities i.e, Social Work and Social Administration, Social Sciences, Development Studies and a strong background in project management.

Experience

•At least 2 years' experience in social work and training especially in area of illV &AlDS.

•Ability to ride a motorbike with a valid licence
