Mildmay Uganda is an HIV/AIDS treatment and training centre also providing
Health Systems Strengthening to scale up comprehensive HIV/AIDS Services in 16
districts of Central Uganda. Situated on Entebbe Road, Lweza, south of Kampala,

Job Summary:
The position holder will be responsible for providing Library services for
Mug staff and student clientele, ensuring that Library functions run smoothly,
materials are current, accessible, and available to students and other Library
users.
He/she will also provide administrative support to the training department
for the smooth running of training activities.
Job Requirements:
A Bachelors Degree in Library and information science with at least 2 years
experience in library services.
The successful candidate must have
experience working in Institutions of higher learning and the ability to
operate an E-Library.
Other qualities are:

Good communication and interpersonal skills,
·
Proficiency in various MS office packages and working knowledge of English
and local language(s) are crucial.

Hard working, trust-worthy,
·
and holding the highest levels of integrity and confi dentiality.

Must be flexible, reliable, able to
work under pressure;
·
and in sympathy with the Christian
values of Mildmay Uganda.
·
