Background Information:
We are currently seeking a talented Manager to oversee our exciting
national internship programme.
The YouthMap Internship Programme will equip 100
young graduates (ages 23-30) with employability and leadership skills combined
with the practical experience necessary to work, lead, and contribute to
development efforts.
This programme is part of the global
YouthMap Programme funded by the United States Agency for International
Development (USAID) and coordinated by the International Youth Foundation.
Restless Development Uganda is the Secretariat and implementing partner in
Uganda.
We are seeking a talented monitoring and evaluation specialist to lead the
organisation’s monitoring, evaluation, and research agenda.
The Monitoring, Evaluation, Research
and Learning Manager will oversee a team of four staff and, through the team,
provide technical and capacity-building support in M&E to all programme
units and the Senior Leadership Team.
He/she will lead on provision of
technical support to research and oversee all internal and external
evaluations, ensuring that learning generated is disseminated internally to
inform decision-making and externally to drive improved practice across the
youth sector.
