JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Director, Country Programmes is responsible for developing and
implementing TMEA strategy and programmes at country level to generate the
required results, in line with TMEA ’s medium term strategic plan. S/he will be
responsible for managing TMEA ’s Country Directors. One key line of
accountability for this role will be liaising with external partners and
stakeholders and other major programmes of key development partners, to
establish TMEA as a significant and respected organisation and programme, in
response to the challenges of regional trade and integration in East Africa.
