from International Business & Technical Consultants, Inc.The Team Leader will be responsible for coordinating the activities, assign tasks to team members and supervise performance. S/he will be the main point of contact between the evaluation activity manager at
USAID and the evaluation team.

The Team Leader will review all plans and outputs and be responsible for getting quality products to USAID on a timely basis. Education: Masters in advanced qualifications in Public Health, Health Economics, Applied Research, Social Sciences or related fields. Experience: Ten years’ experience e in health evaluation management. Must have played significant roles in evaluation of more than ten activities five of them in health sector. Must have been a team leader for a minimum five evaluations. Demonstrated expertise and experience in design, implementation and evaluation of health systems strengthening and in particular, human resources for health programs is required. Must have played a team leader role for a minimum of five other evaluations. Experienced in working with or evaluating public sector health activities in Africa or similar settings. Must be able to deal effectively with senior U.S. and host country officials and other leaders.
