Position Title : Senior Stores Personnel

Location : Kampala, Uganda
 
Job Description :             
Leadership skills-
 to manage a small group and keep them motivated to achieve the desired objectives of the company and to appraise the staff periodically
 • Budgeting skills
– to efficiently manage the overall inventory management process by finely balancing the needs of the client’s vs. management
• Time management
 – to deliver timely and accurate reports to the management
• Control
 -- Take full control of the overall stores management for all items which includes physical stock and all movements from / to stores
• Communication- both in writing and speaking – to be able to respond and communicate to URA, internal and external auditors and appraise the management
Skill Set :            
1. Minimum experience of 5 years or more in a similar position
 2. A graduate in procurement /logistics management additional qualifications like diploma /certificates in stores management will be an added advantage.
 3. Good Knowledge of computer applications and specifically MS office excel 4. Currently using Tally inventory module but future to adapt to ERP etc
