CORE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·
Receive all deliveries from the suppliers and maintain stock registers
while well up-dated.
·
Maintain central stock position and prepare challan for proper delivery to
various destinations (BRAC field offices).
·
Ensure timely delivery of country office stock to the branch offices to
ensure health products to all branches (zero stock out at central as well as
branch stock).
·
Prepare stock maintenance to ensure quality of products/ goods are intact
without damage or loss.
·
Ensure transparency, accountantability and integrity in the entire supply
chain (logistics part).
·
Preserve and ensure necessary documentation for audit trail and over-view
of the logistics and ensure proper distribution of materials. Per¬form any
other duties.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

A minimum of Diploma in procurement and logistics (or supplies chain
management)
·
Should hold a minimum of 2-3 years working experience in maintaining large
store/stock, preferably health products.
·
Professional certificate in related field will be of added advantage
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
·
Excellent organizational, record keeping and maintenance skills.
·
Ability to manage and work as a team and handle large stock associated
logistics preferable health products.
·
Good English both verbal and written communication skills.
·
Ability to work under tight schedules and with minimum supervisions.
