Job Role

To maintain, repair and optimise plant and associated devices to ensure plant availability and product quality at minimum cost whilst maintaining standards.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should be able to:

·             Maintain, repair and optimize the plant and the associated devises.

·             Comply with the recommended safe work procedure and maintain a safe healthy working environment

·             Carry-out cleaning of the machine in good time to avoid loss of production

·             Carry-out autonomous, preventative and break down maintenance on all equipment

·             Apply the manufacturing way principles and practices

·             Contribute to team problem solving and decision making Accord customer care and service in line with company values.

·             High integrity and attention to detail

·             High energy, balanced personality self-discipline and drive, conceptualizing and innovative thinking, goal orientation and a strong output bias.

·             Proactive mindset, self-driven, self-starter and with initiative; ability to communicate (verbal and written),

·             Go getter attitude

Personnel specifications:

    Preferably Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering

Minimum :

Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

·             At least 1 year’s working experience preferably in Foods and Beverages Industry

·             2 years’ experience as an Electrical Artisan.

·             Must be hardworking Honest and self-motivated.

·             Be a disciplined and dynamic Team Player.

·             Self-motivated and should be able to work in shifts.

·             Be able to communicate effectively
