Job Summary:
The English Male News Anchors will present NTV’s most captivating,
objective and comprehensive English news bulletins on Television in a concise
and precise manner.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·
Deliver powerful newscasts and
conduct live interviews on television
·
Interview while filing live
reports
·
Stay abreast with the latest
trends in current national and international events making news
·
Generate and gather news
stories/features from the field
·
Determine interesting stories
that are newsworthy and ensure their accuracy and that they fit within the
programming time and space allotments
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
·
The applicant must hold a
University degree
·
Proficiency and fluency in
English language with a well-controlled voice
·
Possess a superb voice
intonation, diction and articulate vocals
·
Possess a strong, reflective and
captivating personality
·
Possess the ability to engage,
educate and entertain an audience
·
Ability to work long and odd
hours in a fast paced environment
·
Ability to critically analyze
news events
·
Capable of working irregular
hours and put up with the pressure that comes with meeting deadlines
·
Have a keen eye for detail,
thoroughness and be meticulous
