positions:
The Administration Manager reports to the Executive Director and shall be
responsible for managing all administrative, operational and security aspects
of Pride and ensure compliance with administrative guidelines.
Key result areas include:-
1. Supervise, appraise and build capacity of staff in the Administration
section and ensure adequate provision of administrative services.
2. Periodically review administrative systems, policies and procedures to ensure
their effectiveness and control information to safe guard the company’s
operations
3. Ensure that Pride’s office premises have duly executed tenancy
agreements and foster good relationships with all the Landlords.
4. Ensure that proper maintenance of Pride’s properties and office premises
in the network is carried out and all necessary repairs and maintenance work is
undertaken
5. Ensure engraving and maintenance of Pride office equipment.
6. Ensure that all Pride staff and assets are insured in a timely manner.
adic Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Academic Qualifications and Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Commerce, Development Economics,
Economics, Development Studies, Business Computing, Business Statistics, SWASA,
Education, and Microfinance or any other relevant/related field.
· Masters Degree in Business Administration or any Management related field
is an added advantage.
· Candidates should have at least 4 year’s related working experience at a
senior level and should be aged between 28 – 35 years.
Person Specifications for both the above positions:
· Should be a people person, hardworking, honest, well organized and
reliable.
· Should be a team player, self-starter with ability to inspire and motivate
staff towards implementing and achieving agreed upon initiatives.
· Should be results oriented with proven leadership skills.
· Should possess a strong personality and dynamism, and should be able to
pull colleagues together to build a strong team.
· Should demonstrate commercial awareness and ability to manage costs.
