Responsibilities
·
Ensure the
mission implements comprehensive
HR policies and procedures and remains
complaint with local labor
laws.
·
Ensure that the mission
has a functional recruitment policy
·
Ensure the mission has an
effective Staff Development
System
·
Communicate HR
matters both internally
(within the mission ) and externally and others
Academic qualifications
·
Master degree
in Social Sciences ,
international Relations , HR,
Psychology or any
related field .
·
Experience
·
Humanitarian field
experience , preferably as a member
of a country Senior
management team
·
years experience
as an HR professional
and/or general NGO
leadership, with a sound knowledge
of HR matters , team management
, strategic and program
development .
·
Experience working
closely with governments
and donors /interface with local
governments
·
Experience in advocacy and
communication.
Specific Skills
·
Strong organizational skills,
detail-oriented . Ability to
take initiative &
prioritizing multiple tasks
with minimal supervision .
·
Excellent written &
verbal communication skills. Fluent written & spoken English.
Ability to explain complex concepts in straight –forward language.
·
Diplomatic , able to
mediate conflict in
stressful conditions
·
Strong coaching
& training skills
