Job Summary:
The position holder
will be responsible for the design and delivery of short training programmes,
clinical mentorships and consultancies, aiming to ensure that they are
responsive; attractive to clients and in line with MOH policies and guidelines.
Job Requirements:
A bachelors Degree in
a Health Care profession.
He/she must have at
least 3 years’ experience teaching adults; training experience in palliative
care will be an added advantage.
Successful candidate will have experience and knowledge of
HIV care and/or other chronic illnesses.
S/he must have excellent writing and presentation skills and
ability to network and liaise with various
partners.

Job Summary:
The position holder
will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust and functional
Monitoring and Evaluation System for Mildmay Uganda Programme.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree
either in Social Sciences, Development studies, Quantitative Economics,
Statistics, Population studies or any other related field with post graduate
qualification in M&E.
S/he must have at least 3 years’ experience in Monitoring,
Evaluation preferably in the health sector.
S/he must have demonstrable skills in planning and implementing
M&E systems and well as report writing.
Excellent computer skills related to MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint
and SPSS or STATA are essential.

Job Summary:
The position holder will be responsible for coordinating and
contributing to the District Health Systems Strengthening activities in the
respective districts as well as ensure Mildmay Uganda’s visibility, functional
linkages between Mildmay Uganda, the districts and other stakeholders so that
district health
service systems efficiently and effectively deliver sustainable
and quality comprehensive HIV & AIDS services.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in
Health related field with up to date practicing license with relevant professional
body.
S/he must have at least 3 years’ experience in clinical/community
health work.
Team management experience is an added advantage.
He/she must have knowledge and experience of HIV/ AIDS care
as well as knowledge of Ministry of Health systems and district service
delivery mechanisms.
Ability to network and liaise with various partners is a requirement
for this job.
For all positions above, other qualities are: Good
communication and interpersonal skills, Proficiency in various
MS office packages and working knowledge of English and local language(s) are
crucial.

Must be flexible,
