The position reports

The main purpose of
the job is:
The main purpose of this job is to avail support
to the sales team to enable them deliver on their set targets.
Prime
responsibilities of the position:
- Update database for Mobile Money active subscriber.
- Reconciliation of KYC received verses Agent Registrations.
- MM Subscriber Activations management.
- Provide updated MM Agent registration and payment reports.
- Timely DST, form collectors and Datacenter payments.
- Update Sim registration agent payment reports.
- Reconcile agent forms verified and received Vs. active agents.
- Receive and verify number of verified subscriber forms collected.
- Submit timely reports (monthly, weekly). - Registrations, KYC collected active subscribers.
- Handling Internal and external Customer complaints.
- Records Remedy resolution.
- KYC DATABASE management.
- Providing general support to all teams.
- Timely sign offs for payments from the records department.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
The applicant must
possess the following:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Library Information & Secretarial studies, Business Administration, Economics or Marketing.
- 2 years’ experience in Administration, customer service in a competitive environment.
- Previous working experience in the Telecom industry will be an added advantage.
- 2 years’ experience in record keeping environment.
- Must possess Administrative, project management & operational management skills.
