to fill the vacant Position of Customer Database Controller. The position
reports to the Regional Account Manager
The main purpose of the job is: -
Prime
responsibilities of the position:
- Ensure that relationships with agents are realised in terms of increased sales.
- To develop strategies to achieve targets.
- To develop strong relationships with Mobile Money agents and dealers and initiate joint marketing campaigns.
- Identify new sales opportunities.
- To manage expansion of MTN mobile money retail footprint to ensure product availability at arm’s length of service.
- Ensure MTN mobile money remains competitive in terms of depth, breadth, customer experience and branding.
- Establish new distribution channels.
- To manage exclusivity.
- To supervise and lead a team of trade development representatives.
The applicant must
possess the following:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field.
- 3 years’ experience in sales and distribution in a competitive service industry.
- Minimal experience in team management & supervision.
- Driving experience of more than one year.
- Must be a team player and self-motivated.
