Civil Engineers: (5 No.)
·
A first rate Ugandan
professional with an Engineering Degree with relevant management and leadership
skills.

Posses Hand –on experience in
site management.
·
Initiate system and procedures that will ensure high quality workmanship
through strict supervision.

Control of materials wastage
and pilferage.

Ability to monitor and control
progress and scheduling
·
Monitor and control all costs
on a project.

2.
Site Administrators / Store Keepers: (5 No.)
·
Render safe custodianship of
company materials, equipment, tools and plant.
·
Follow up requisitions to
ensure timely delivery.
·
Authorize the movement of
materials in and out of the premises.
·
Over workers in the various
departments.
·
Submit to head office at
regular interval (weekly/monthly) reports on stocks.
·
Maintain a transparent storage
system.
·
Follow up stoke surpluses at
sites for return to main stores.
·
Ensure personnel and property
safety at site.
3.
Site Security Guards: (5 No.)
·
Render safe custodianship of
company materials, equipment, tools and plant.
·
Patrol premises to prevent and
detect signs of intrusions and ensure security of company people and property.
·
Monitor and authorize entrance
and departure of personnel and vehicles.
·
Write reports of daily
activities and irregularities, and employees to preserve order and protect
property.
·
Any other duties that may be
assigned from time to time.
a)
Experience of not less than
5years and within age limit of 25 -45 years.
b)
All posts require self
motivated and innovative personnel. Flexibility to work long hours where the
needs arise and any where in Uganda.
c)
Computer literacy is essential.
Self motivated, innovative with interactivity.
d)
The remuneration package will
be dependent on the fulfillment of the above requirement.
e)
