Organizational Profile:

Bubengo International Group Limited is a company limited by Guarantee (working as not for profit) organisation. It is fully registered by the Government of Uganda under No. 193901.

It aims at empowering fellows Ugandans with applicable social-economic skills and knowledge to fight poverty, disease and ignorance. Currently it is working in Fifteen districts in Uganda. We plan open up offices in 100 districts in the country by June, 2015.

Job Description

Increasing management’s effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling

and disciplining District officer managers, communicating values, strategies, and objectives, assigning

accountabilities; planning, monitoring and appraising job results, developing incentives, developing a

climate for offering information and opinions, providing educational opportunities.

Skills And Knowledge

 Performance Management, staffing, management proficiency, co-ordination, coaching, developing

standards, financial planning and strategic planning, Quality management, computer literacy.

Qualifications

 1. Masters in Public Administration, Human Resource, Business Administration, Education or other

relevant qualification.

2. Aged 35 years and above.

3. Atleast 1 years experience in the field.
