In order to meet the needs of its growing customer base, the company is seeking to recruit dynamic, self-motivated, result oriented professionals to fill the following position;
 Position Title:Branch Manager
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda.

Reports to:to the Manager, Delivery Channel and indirectly to the Regional
Manager.

Finance Trust Bank was licensed as a Tier 1 Commercial Bank on 11 th November, 2013, taking over the financial services business of Uganda Finance Trust Limited (MOl). Today Finance Trust Bank is a fully fledged commercial bank serving a clientele of over 240,000 depositors and over 26,000 borrowers, through a network of 33 branches country wide. The bank offers a variety of Products and services including; Savings, Current accounts, Loans, Money transfer services and Bills payments to its target market which comprises of micro, small and medium entrepreneurs, salary earners and youth.
Role of the Job:
To provide leadership to the branch team, coordinate and manage the business
operations to achieve set targets.
Key Result Areas:
• Plan, budget and co-ordinate branch operational & business activities.
• Grow the bank’s business in the branch in line with set targets for customer base, loan portfolio and deposits.
• M ce banking controls in line with the company’s risk management framework and policies.
• Mentor and motivate broader to make them achieve their full potential.
• Ensure that the liquidity position of the branch is in line with the established policies & procedures as well as the Bank of
Uganda guidelines.
• Manager branch assets in line with the branch assets policy
• Present a positive image of the organization to all its’ various stakeholders
Minimum Requirements:
• A Bachelors degree in Commerce, Marketing, Accounting, Business Administration, social sciences or any other related discipline gained from a recognized university.
• Six (6) years working experience, two (2) of which must have been gained from a leadership / supervisory position in a experience will be an added advantage).
• Good leadership skills.
• Good personal presentation.
• Good sales & marketing skills.
• Good oral & written communication skills.
• Good Analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal & teamwork skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Good working knowledge applications.
• Ability to work well under pressure and with minimum supervision.
