Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·
Maintain a healthy, safe and risk free working environment
·
Operate, monitor, repair and optimize ETP plant and associated devices
·
Do the analysis on effluent key parameters while managing all inputs to the
plant
·
Optimize and keep record of process performance
·
Apply the manufacturing way principles and practices
·
Significantly contribute to team problem solving and decision making
·
Perform autonomous maintenance and maintains standards in areas of
operation
·
Accord customer care and service in line with company values.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The applicants should hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or
Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Industrial Chemistry
·
Past experience in a waste water treatment plant is added advantage
·
High integrity and attention to detail
·
High energy, balanced personality self discipline and ; drive,
conceptualizing and innovative thinking, goal orientation and a strong output
bias.
·
Highly proactive mindset, self driven, self starter and with initiative;
·
Possess the ability to communicate (verbal and written)
·
Must be hardworking
·
Honest and self motivated
·
Be disciplined and dynamic Team Player
·
Self motivated and should be able to work in shifts.
·
Ability to communicate effectively
