Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Front Desk Executive will be receiving customers and company visitors and directing them to proper destination.
• The incumbent will also be receiving incoming phone calls and directing them to proper offices.
• Monitoring of visitors access, and maintaining security awareness.
• Maintains of safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Perform any other administrative duty as assigned to you by the management from time to time.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or any Business related qualification
• The ideal candidate should also preferably have at least a year to two years’ experience in front desk management.
• Excellent telephone skills
• Good communication skills
• Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good listening skills
• High degree of professionalism
• Customer centricity
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to Informing Others
• Working under pressure
• Supply Management skills
Age: 20-27
