Job Responsibilities:

Daily
Reconciliation of all Merchant Accounts at both Company and Merchant Servers.
·
Daily Reconciliation of the
Equity Mobile Banking SVA pre-funded Account.
·
Daily Reconciliation of Equity
Bank ATM Collection Account.
·
Daily Reconciliation of the
Company’s Internal Collections Accounts e.g. Airtime Top up, Key Cost, Cash
Office, Post-paid.
·
Daily Reconciliation of the Trust
Account versus OBOPAY.
·
Closely follow through with
Equity Bank on any open Items for closure.
·
Timely follow through with OBOPAY
Team on any variances arising from Single sided Transactions, Excess ECASH etc.
Requirements:
Qualification: First Degree in
Accounting/Business related degree.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year's work experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Management and implementation of a large-scale nationwide marketing plan
that incorporates various forms of media, social mobilization and interpersonal
communication to increase awareness and demand
• Coordination alongside partner organizations of a national effort to
train health providers in the proper treatment of diarrhea and pneumonia in
children
• Ongoing management and coordination of market research to inform the
development of the marketing strategy, potentially including focus groups,
surveys and data analysis
• Liaise with creative and media planning agencies and be the interface
between the creative team, the team at CHAI and other partners for rolling out
an effective campaign
• Monitoring and evaluation of marketing efforts, and generation of regular
progress reports
• Foster relationships with other partners implementing marketing plans for
ORS & zinc and Amoxicillin to ensure optimal co-ordination of
communication messages
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities, as needed
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
• The Officer Marketing and Training should hold a good bachelor’s degree
in business, marketing, or a related field
• Possession of an Advanced degree in business, marketing, or a related
field will be an added advantage
• At least two years’ experience in an advertising or marketing function in
the private sector
• Experience managing a communication agency is highly desirable
• Prior experience developing product training for sales representatives or
health care providers will also be considered an added advantage.
• Prior experience in promoting Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or
Over-the-Counter (OTC) healthcare products will make candidate highly
preferable.
• Prior experience developing insight led marketing campaigns
• Outstanding project management skills and attention to detail
• Possess the ability to create budget and ensure follow up
• Good entrepreneurial mindset and strong self-motivation
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be effective under tight deadlines
and in high-pressure situations.
• The applicant should be highly motivated with an exemplary record of
project management.

• The Officer – Marketing and Training will spend ~15% of his/her time
