Position Title: Examinations Officer- Cultural Subjects (1 Vacancy)
Salary scale: EB 5
Job Purpose: To ensure production of valid test papers in Art and Music at UCE and
UACE level.
Reports to: Principal Examinations Officer, Test Development (Secondary)
Age Limit: 25 - 45 years
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor of Education in Industrial and Fine Arts OR Bachelor of
Industrial and Fine Arts with a Diploma in Education.
* Must have a minimum of 5 years' teaching experience in Fine Arts in a
Secondary School
* Experience in setting and/or marking public Examinations will be an added
advantage.
Duties:
* Identifying and recommending persons for appointment as setters and
moderators.
* Compiling moderated items into draft test papers
* Convening subject panel meetings and recording minutes of such meetings
* Writing reports on work of Candidates
