• Higher relevant university degree, in related area such as
project management and/or experience with NGO's
• A good understanding of sustainable production and living
• Strong experience in strategic development
• Excellent communication skills/Interpersonal skills
• Ability to liaise with departments and management levels
across Uganda and Australia
• Ability to react to varying time lines and meeting set
deadlines
• Ability to build relationships/partnerships with strong
negotiation skills
• Experience in developing and working to budgets/business
plans

• Extremely organized and can prioritize and multi task
