 The position of Uganda Operation Manager focuses primarily on development and operations. This will be done in partnership with the Ugandan staff and management,. The Ugandan Operations Manager will be responsible for executing and implementing the Village Master Plan supporting Education, Healthcare Infrastructure and Sustainability.

What do I need?
• Higher relevant university degree, in related area such as project management and/or experience with NGO's
• A good understanding of sustainable production and living
• Strong experience in strategic development
• Excellent communication skills/Interpersonal skills
• Ability to liaise with departments and management levels across Uganda and Australia
• Ability to react to varying time lines and meeting set deadlines
• Ability to build relationships/partnerships with strong negotiation skills
• Experience in developing and working to budgets/business plans
• Team management
• Extremely organized and can prioritize and multi task
