Reporting: to the Managing Director

A wholesale pharmacy is willing to recruit a highly motivated and enterprising Commercial Manager. duties and responsibilities shall be not exclusively to:

• Plan, organize, direct and control medical sales staff to meet set objectives.

• Train and review performance of the sales team

• Offer coaching, motivation, counseling, advice and all necessary support to the sales team

• Making regular customer visits to ensure that their needs are met.

• Developing and making all business proposals.

The successful individual will have the following attributes:

• A science degree from a recognized university

• A good understanding of the pharmaceutical sector and the challenges faced by the market

• Ability to forge strong relationship in a commercial environment

• Good time management skills and ability to priorities’ tasks

• An experience of 5 years at least in the pharmaceutical
