HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
The Human Resources Generalist administers policies relating to all phases of Human Resources activity. The Human Resources Generalist manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources office. Deliverables
- Recruit, interview, test, and select employees to fill vacant positions.
- Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
- Train management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.
- Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
- Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
- Administer salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.
Requirement:
A minimum of Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university.
A minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience.
